Summer 2027: Finance Transformation & Analytics Intern (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California; hybrid work at an hirify.global office is required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship. A relocation stipend is provided.

Base pay: $37–$57 per hour in Mountain View.

hirify.global is a financial technology platform whose products include TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.

What you will do

• Perform end-to-end analytics using advanced SQL and AI to generate business insights and support growth.
• Use QlikSense, Tableau, and other dashboarding tools to improve automation and self-service analytics.
• Develop proofs of concept for AI-driven features and solutions.
• Collaborate with technical, business, and cross-functional stakeholders and communicate findings clearly.
• Document research, model architectures, code, and experimental results.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related quantitative field; master's students are preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience using analytics to create measurable business impact.
• Advanced SQL, big data technologies such as Redshift, Spark, Hive, or BigQuery, and BI tools such as Tableau or QlikSense.
• Strong Python or R programming skills, including experience building machine learning and GenAI models, automation, and custom implementations.
• Understanding of advanced statistical modeling and machine learning methodologies, including causal inference.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and availability for a hybrid internship at an hirify.global office are required.
