Decision Analytics Associate - Intern (North America - University Students)

Location: Hybrid positions in Princeton, New Jersey; Chicago, Illinois; Boston, Massachusetts; Evanston, Illinois; New York, New York; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Thousand Oaks, California; San Diego, California; South San Francisco, California; or Bellevue, Washington.

Salary: $6,000 per month.

What you will do

• Design and execute analyses addressing business challenges for clients and project teams.
• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to understand dynamic business issues.
• Use R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel to generate data-driven insights.
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions and own project deliverables.
• Travel as needed for client-facing projects.

Requirements

• Be entering the second-to-last year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline.
• Strong academic performance in quantitative or analytical coursework such as statistics, data science, econometrics, applied mathematics, operations research, management science, or engineering.
• Demonstrated proficiency in R, SAS, Tableau, VBA, or another programming language or analytical tool.
• Fluent English with effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, adaptability, self-discipline, and ability to work in teams.
• Must already have United States work authorization that will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
