Salary: $19 per hour

What you will do
- Welcome patients as the first point of contact during the registration process.
- Process patients and support their intake throughout the recovery journey.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility.
- Handle insurance-related billing collections.
- Maintain documentation and manage inventory.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience running insurance eligibility checks and handling billing collections.
- Ability to work the stated early-morning weekday schedule and rotating Saturday shifts.
- Ability to work on-site in Knoxville, Tennessee.
