Director, People Analytics - Talent Acquisition

Location: Hybrid role requiring residence within a commutable distance of Irving, Texas, or Stamford, Connecticut

Salary: $120,000–$167,000 base salary annually, plus an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive.

What you will do

• Partner with senior HR Partners and Recruiting leaders across Sales & Services.
• Identify and solve critical business problems through strategic consultation and analytical solutions.
• Support initiatives related to sales staffing and productivity.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to develop insights, tell compelling stories, and influence executive decisions.
• Influence People Analytics product and analytics roadmaps based on business priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales Strategy & Operations, Finance, IT, and other functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics and HR or consulting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve complex and unstructured business problems using business economics and data.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable solutions and communicate clearly with senior leadership.
• Experience influencing and coordinating with global team members, managing risks, and delivering results.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships across multiple business functions.
