Vice President, FP&A (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $280,000–$340,000 base annually, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Lead near- and long-term strategic financial planning and identify the drivers of growth, efficiency, and cash.
• Partner with the CFO and Executive Team on financial reporting, investor relations, fundraising, and executive decision-making.
• Build scenario models, sensitivity analyses, and investment cases for major business decisions.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and functional leaders to turn financial data into actionable insights.
• Build and scale the FP&A team, operating model, governance, controls, and talent development practices.
• Modernize forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and reporting workflows with AI, while overseeing accurate sales compensation administration.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership experience in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience building and scaling multi-level, high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to executives, boards, and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional influencing skills, sound judgment, and experience challenging senior leaders with evidence.
• Strong command of enterprise planning systems, BI and visualization tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
