Director, FP&A

Location: US Remote

Annual base salary: $175,000–$215,000 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for the Enterprise business.
• Set financial targets and KPIs with the executive team and hold department heads accountable.
• Develop financial models and frameworks for strategic initiatives, investments, market expansion, and M&A activity.
• Build executive dashboards and reporting frameworks, conduct variance analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and support board-level decisions.
• Lead the FP&A function through subordinate managers and align planning across accounting, operations, and product.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading a major function or department and developing leaders through succession planning.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational management capabilities.
• Executive-level presentation, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with financial planning software such as Anaplan, Workday, or Adaptive.
