What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global's government affairs strategy for the UK and Ireland.
• Position hirify.global's cloud and AI portfolio within national digital policy discussions and drive public sector adoption.
• Shape data sovereignty positions and support the protection of critical national infrastructure.
• Monitor political developments, identify emerging risks, and advise executive leadership on regulatory matters.
• Represent hirify.global before government bodies and parliamentary committees.
• Coordinate cross-border government affairs priorities and engagement with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in government affairs and public policy across the UK and Ireland.
• Established relationships with ministers, senior civil servants, parliamentary bodies, and industry coalitions.
• Track record of advising executive leadership on policy risk.
• Experience representing a government affairs function at senior levels in a global organization.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, regulatory compliance, legislative procedures, and relationship building.
