Senior Communications Manager (UK)

Location: London, UK; hybrid work with three days a week in the office

hirify.global is building a European AI cloud infrastructure platform for training, experimenting with, and deploying AI models at scale, powered by renewable energy.

What you will do

• Lead external communications and reputation management for the UK market.
• Shape communications strategy and hirify.global’s external narrative.
• Manage media relations, executive visibility, announcements, and crisis communications.
• Build trusted relationships with journalists and external stakeholders in the UK.
• Collaborate with Government Relations, Marketing, Operations, and Global Communications.
• Monitor media coverage and industry discussions to identify opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in external communications, reputation management, media relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build impactful communications strategies.
• Ability to explain complex technology, political, and business topics through clear messaging.
• Experience working with UK media and journalists and building trusted relationships.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, cloud, AI, SaaS, or scale-up environments.
• Experience supporting executive communications and leadership communications.
• Experience with media training and spokesperson preparation.
• Experience managing crisis or issues communications.
