Business Processes Associate Consultant (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Support business process consulting engagements under the guidance of experienced consultants.
• Map business processes and gather requirements for transformation initiatives.
• Perform scenario testing and contribute to viable solution design.
• Support change management activities and help organizations translate business visions into solutions.
• Contribute to consulting practices focused on SAP S/4HANA transformation and AI/ML-enabled SAP HANA solutions.

Requirements

• Curious, analytical mindset with enthusiasm for business process analysis and transformation.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in the SAP landscape, including Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications, and Knowledge Graph integration.
• Experience building and deploying SAP Joule Copilots and Assistants.
• Experience with the AI Golden Path for Pro Code agent development, Joule Studio for No Code development, Joule Skills, and the Vector Engine.
• Data integration and migration experience with SAP BDC, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, DBX, and BDC Connect.
• Capabilities in business acumen, strategic thinking, complex problem solving, design thinking, business architecture, and change management.
