Marketing & Partnerships Manager (Capital Markets)

Location: Paris, France; the role supports the French, Portuguese, and Spanish Listing team.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Primary Markets marketing plan for France, Portugal, and Spain in partnership with the Listing sales team.
• Design and deliver executive-level events and business-development initiatives for private and listed companies.
• Lead hirify.global’s pre-IPO and educational programmes from planning through promotion and delivery.
• Develop content and digital marketing campaigns across CRM, social media, web content, newsletters, and targeted acquisition channels.
• Promote IPOs, new listings, and listed-company success stories in coordination with issuers and stakeholders.
• Manage external partnerships, sponsorships, budgets, and a team of three.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications, preferably in financial services, capital markets, professional services, or the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Previous team-management experience, including prioritisation, delegation, and employee development.
• Strong proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media, campaign-performance tools, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
• Experience with integrated campaigns, executive events, thought-leadership content, and external partnerships.
• Excellent analytical, communication, writing, presentation, and project-management skills.
• Fluent English and French required; Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
