Sr. Financial Analyst

Location: San Jose, United States; hybrid schedule with office work generally Monday through Thursday and flexible remote work on Fridays

Salary: $125,000–$136,000 annual salary for California

What you will do

• Partner with international country leads to maintain and consolidate global Devices reporting.
• Analyze international device sales, pricing, promotional investment, new products, and strategy changes with Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain product-level economics for each region and support month-end revenue reviews with Accounting.
• Produce reporting covering international P&L, revenue, operating profit, units, and operating expenses.
• Develop, track, and analyze cross-functional KPIs and produce recurring and ad hoc management reports.
• Build standardized reporting and leadership narratives connecting results, metrics, and forward-looking projections.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related financial analysis discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex business drivers and large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet tight deadlines, and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing processes and reporting solutions and working through close, forecast, and board-meeting cycles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work from the San Jose office generally Monday through Thursday.

Nice to have

• Experience at a technology company, supporting international business, or working in consumer retail.
• Familiarity with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Adaptive Insights, or NetSuite.
