Partner Account Manager - DACH (AI)

Location: Based in Germany, ideally Munich; Berlin or Frankfurt are possible with regular time in Munich and the sales team. Hybrid policy requires staff to be in an office at least 25% of the time. Regular travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland is required, with occasional travel to London and San Francisco.

Annual OTE compensation: €160,000–€220,000 EUR, including base salary and target sales commissions or bonuses.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of DACH system integrators, consultancies, regional SIs, and AI-native boutiques.
• Create joint account plans, stakeholder maps, enablement paths, and quarterly partner cadences.
• Build repeatable Claude offerings for agentic engineering, AI use cases, and enterprise adoption programs.
• Drive co-selling with DACH sales, Applied AI, and Technical Success teams.
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, certifications, use cases, and joint proposals.
• Represent Anthropic in German-language partner and customer events while adapting the global playbook to DACH buying behavior.

Requirements

• 8+ years of partner, alliances, or channel experience with system integrators and consultancies in DACH.
• Track record of building partnerships from an initial base into a repeatable revenue engine and driving incremental partner revenue.
• Existing relationships with AI and data practices at large SIs or regional DACH consultancies.
• Business-fluent German at C1+ or native level and English proficiency.
• Based in Germany and willing to travel regularly across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience at a cloud, data, or AI platform company.
• Experience with automotive, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, public sector, telecom, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
• Passion for AI and alignment with beneficial AI development.
