Sr Associate Digital Manufacturing (12hr PM)

Location: US - Ohio - New Albany; 12-hour PM shift

Salary: USD 93,542.50–126,557.50 annually

What you will do

• Lead smart manufacturing technology and computerized systems initiatives supporting manufacturing operators and shop-floor users.
• Provide technical leadership for MES, ERP, SCADA, Systech, serialization, and related digital manufacturing systems.
• Design, configure, implement, qualify, validate, upgrade, and maintain key business systems and digital technologies.
• Act as the manufacturing business representative in cross-functional meetings and global digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Prepare and review GMP documentation, including SOPs, forms, FMEAs, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and technical reports.
• Use data analytics, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods to improve production efficiency and schedule alignment.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 4 years of manufacturing, engineering, or computer science experience; or an associate degree with 2 years; or a bachelor's degree with 6 months; or a master's degree.
• Experience with smart manufacturing technologies, computerized systems, system integration, and manufacturing end users.
• Experience in GMP environments and with MES, ERP, SCADA, Systech, or serialization systems.
• Knowledge of deviations, investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, change controls, validation, and system lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, documentation, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and resolve operational issues quickly.
