TL;DR

Location: 100% onsite in Norwood, Massachusetts, United States. Due to U.S. export control requirements, only U.S. persons—citizens, permanent residents, asylees, or refugees—are eligible.

Salary: $53,500–$85,600 per year, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity award.

What you will do

  • Execute mRNA drug substance manufacturing operations using approved procedures, batch records, and work instructions in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Perform cleanroom operations and support aseptic processing, formulation, filtration, mixing, filling, and dispensing.
  • Complete real-time documentation according to good documentation practices and data integrity standards.
  • Operate and develop practical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment, including SAP, Veeva, DeltaV, Syncade, LIMS, and CMMS.
  • Maintain production area cleanliness, readiness, safety, waste handling, and environmental compliance.
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners, communicate clearly, escalate issues early, and maintain required training and gowning qualifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 0–1 years of relevant industry experience, or an Associate’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with more than 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, operations, biopharma, life sciences, or another regulated or technical environment is helpful.
  • Ability to work carefully and consistently in a structured, digital-forward advanced biomanufacturing environment.
  • Must work 100% onsite in Norwood, Massachusetts.
  • Must qualify as a U.S. person under U.S. export control laws; non-U.S. persons are not eligible and visa sponsorship is unavailable.
