Outpatient Physical Therapist Resource Coordinator (Neuro-Ortho)

Location: Tinley Park, Illinois, United States; onsite, full-time day shift

Salary: USD 45.97–62.06 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily rehabilitation department operations, staffing, schedules, assignments, and service delivery.
• Provide advanced direct patient care as a Physical Therapist and support a general neuro-orthopedic caseload.
• Supervise, mentor, train, and provide feedback to therapists, technicians, interns, and other rehabilitation staff.
• Support hiring, onboarding, competency reviews, performance management, and staff education.
• Monitor clinical metrics, compliance, billable service standards, patient satisfaction, and patient safety.
• Lead process improvement, policy development, committee participation, physician relations, and department initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Ability to perform advanced-level therapist functions and provide direct patient care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, supervision, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Tinley Park, Illinois, during the day shift.
• Successful completion of the required background check and authorization process.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and demonstrated ability.
• Specialty certification.
