Physical Therapy Manager (AI-Enabled Digital Health)

Location: Remote in the United States; ability to lead teams across all U.S. time zones required.

Annual salary: $115,584–$173,376 for Tier 3 locations or $104,576–$156,864 for Tier 4 locations, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and coach a remote team of up to 16 physical therapists.
• Drive service-level performance, caseload management, documentation quality, and clinical compliance.
• Enable effective use of digital health tools, telehealth workflows, and AI-supported care.
• Identify, test, and scale operational improvements using data and qualitative feedback.
• Guide the team through changes in workflows, tools, and priorities while maintaining engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Product leaders to improve the care experience.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Active physical therapy license in the United States in good standing.
• At least 5 years of direct people management experience, including management and coaching of 6–8 or more clinical direct reports.
• Experience leading teams while meeting or exceeding business and clinical goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and sound clinical and operational judgment.
• Ability to lead teams across all U.S. time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience leading operational projects involving change management and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience in digital health or managing clinicians in a remote, distributed setting.
• Experience using AI to improve individual or team performance and processes.
• Experience managing larger clinical teams of 10–16 or more direct reports, especially physical therapists.
• Experience with large-scale operations, workforce planning, or cost-improvement initiatives connected to budget or P&L.
