Clinical Staff Educator

Location: Lowell, MA, United States; office-based role

Salary: $84,300.22–$107,481.20 annually, based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and document orientation programs for agency staff.
• Assess learner needs and create individualized orientation goals and plans.
• Deliver continuing education, in-service programs, annual competencies, and clinical regulatory training.
• Coordinate student clinical placements and agency orientation with college programs and managers.
• Train staff on EMR products, computer programs, and related systems.
• Create educational videos and online learning content, and evaluate training needs using audits, clinical reviews, surveys, incident reports, and external assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or another clinical discipline.
• Active RN, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy license.
• At least five years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist.
• At least one year of experience in clinical education.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Clinical documentation, communication, organization, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of clinical education experience.
• Home Health or Hospice experience.
• Experience working with EPIC.
