Manager, HRIS (Dayforce)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year for US-based candidates; equity may be offered.

What you will do

• Own the Dayforce systems strategy for Core HR, Time & Attendance, stabilization, optimization, and transformation.
• Manage and develop a distributed HRIS Analyst, including prioritization, quality review, coaching, and performance management.
• Act as the final approver and escalation point for sensitive changes, ambiguous cases, and complex configuration decisions.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Security, and People Operations to translate business needs into pragmatic MVP solutions.
• Govern integrations and identity provisioning, oversee upgrades and UAT, and ensure defects are tracked and resolved.
• Maintain requirements, configuration workbooks, process maps, and a reliable source of truth for people data across systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Dayforce administration and configuration experience.
• Ownership of at least one full Dayforce implementation.
• Experience managing or mentoring direct reports, preferably remote or offshore staff across time zones.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, with proactive written and verbal communication.
• Expertise in Dayforce reporting, dashboards, data analysis, core HR, payroll, and timekeeping processes.
• Experience supporting complex multi-location, high-volume, or multi-entity workforce environments.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Dayforce from implementation through post-go-live stabilization and optimization.
• Experience with integrations, interfaces, SSO, identity provisioning, data migrations, UAT, regression testing, and defect tracking.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or another regulated high-volume environment.
• Experience operating multiple HRIS platforms, including HiBob or comparable systems.
