What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop software engineers and team leaders.

• Support technical decisions and collaborate with product management, systems engineering, and customers.

Requirements

• Background in software development and a strong interest in modern software engineering.
• Several years of leadership experience in software development or technology-driven organizations.
• Experience with complex software-intensive products and systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles, DevOps, CI/CD, and product-oriented development.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with developers, architects, and technical leaders.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
