Engineering Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of five software engineers, managing delivery, development, and performance.
• Own engineering tooling, vendor lifecycle management, on-call staffing, and platform support.
• Build and maintain shared metrics infrastructure covering investment tracking, shipping pace, and quality.
• Maintain accurate engineering investment data and financial reporting across the organization.
• Promote agentic and LLM-powered workflows to improve engineering speed and output.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a software engineering team through delivery, people development, and performance management.
• Strong background as a Software Engineer with the technical credibility to work effectively with engineers.
• Experience owning shared tooling, systems, and infrastructure used by an engineering organization.
• Experience using agentic workflows to improve decision-making, execution, and output.
