Senior Director, Strategy Filtration

Location: On-site in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $210,000–$250,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process for the Filtration business, defining its vision, long-term financial ambition, and competitive position.
• Co-own major strategic decisions with the General Manager and Product Leaders, using market insights to identify high-growth opportunities.
• Drive market intelligence and growth strategy across core, adjacent, and transformational markets.
• Identify organic and inorganic growth vectors and support due-diligence activities.
• Govern strategy execution through decision mechanisms, performance systems, cross-functional alignment, and execution accountability.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and align Product Management, R&D, Commercial, and Insights stakeholders.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific or technical field and a top-tier MBA or other graduate degree.
• At least 5 years of bioprocess experience.
• Ideally 3 or more years in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent market-analysis experience, plus 3 or more years in a non-consulting role.
• Substantial strategic-planning experience, preferably in the life-science industry, with strong analytical and business skills.
• Experience in bioprocessing, pharma services, or filtration is strongly preferred.
• Strong critical-thinking, interpersonal, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-communication skills.
