Vice President, Terminal Operations (Logistics)

Location: Field, Massachusetts, United States; on-site terminal operations

Salary: $174,400–$278,900 per year

What you will do

• Develop a safety-first culture across the Terminals organization.
• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations, including receiving and delivering on-spec products.
• Improve operational efficiency, cost control, throughput, and performance across the terminal network.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Create response and evaluation plans to investigate and minimize human-error releases.
• Lead emergency response activities as an incident commander when required.

Requirements

• Strengths in leadership, communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and project management.
• Knowledge of operational processes, industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, multitasking, and talent evaluation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency response situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
