Commercial Construction Project Executive - Healthcare

Salary: $163,350–$217,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage small and large-scale projects from discovery and design through development, implementation, and closeout.
• Maintain safety, project process, quality control, schedules, and compliance with company standards.
• Negotiate client contracts, time extensions, and project terms and conditions.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts with the Preconstruction Department and other resources.
• Resolve scope issues with subcontractors and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
• Assign, delegate, coach, and evaluate project and field personnel while coordinating resources to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including commercial general contractor experience.
• Prior healthcare construction project experience is required.
• Previous project management experience with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, JD Edwards, and sector-specific software systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, negotiation, collaboration, and client relationship skills.

Nice to have

• A four-year degree from an accredited university in construction, engineering, or business.
• Additional work experience may substitute for the degree.
