Multifamily Superintendent (Construction)

Location: Seattle–Snohomish County, Washington-Kirkland; onsite construction role requiring daytime and nighttime driving among designated communities

Salary: $125,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare jobsites, temporary facilities, preconstruction meetings, and daily construction activities.
• Plan and manage multifamily projects against schedule, quality, and budget objectives.
• Coordinate subcontractors, conduct onsite meetings, approve invoices, and document back charges, RFIs, change orders, and field activities.
• Enforce safety, environmental, construction, and quality standards for all onsite personnel.
• Coordinate inspections and re-inspections with local building officials through project sign-off.
• Manage punch-list completion, equipment and material inventory, assistant superintendent training, and transition to property management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of supervisory construction experience, preferably with large multifamily and commercial building projects.
• Valid driver’s license, a vehicle capable of carrying supplies, and willingness to drive between designated communities during daytime and nighttime.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, DRH Construction applications, and similar scheduling software.
• Ability to schedule multifamily projects using SureTrak, Project, Phoenix Project Manager, or similar tools.
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work additional hours as needed.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 certification; OSHA 10-hour certification is the minimum.
• Dust control certification.
• Experience working effectively in high-pressure situations.
