Construction Superintendent (Residential Construction)

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Texas; candidates must be based in the Dallas area.

Estimated base salary: $95,000 annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate on-site construction for assigned single-family homes.
• Manage the simultaneous construction of up to 15 homes at different stages.
• Monitor workmanship, scopes of work, schedules, safety protocols, permits, and code compliance through inspections and checklists.
• Use proprietary project management software to manage daily operations, documentation, change orders, financial tracking, and site logs.
• Approve trade partner work and invoices based on quality and completeness.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on buyouts, budgets, trade performance, client walks, inspections, and occupancy permits.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Superintendent experience in residential home construction or relevant experience.
• Proficiency with schedule management tools such as MS Project, BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, or Procore.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Suite.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be based in the Dallas, Texas area.
