Finance Intern (FP&A)

What you will do

• Support financial models, forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes through variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, profitability, pricing, margins, and key business drivers.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other teams to improve reporting and data quality.
• Use analytics and AI-powered tools to improve forecasting, reporting efficiency, workflow automation, and financial insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a permanent basis after graduation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI-powered tools for analysis, forecasting, reporting, research, or process optimization.
• Interest in corporate finance, FP&A, and strategic business decision-making.
