Senior Strategy & Operations Associate (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; onsite role with a hybrid setup including two home-office days per week and remote work possible for up to four weeks per year within the EU.

What you will do

• Analyze operational challenges across Customer Care and Medical Operations, identifying root causes through data-driven analysis.
• Use AI tools, automation, and no-code or low-code solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
• Work with the Data team to analyze performance, define KPIs, and develop operational insights.
• Support the setup and scaling of new healthcare categories, including doctor supply, logistics, and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to implement scalable solutions.
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly on operational improvements with measurable impact.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges into practical solutions.
• Experience with or strong interest in AI tools, automation, and no-code or low-code solutions.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Self-starter attitude, ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Berlin, with the stated hybrid and EU remote-work arrangements.
