Automotive Program Manager

Location: Home based/remote within the United States; frequent travel throughout the continental United States and occasional overnight travel required

What you will do

• Lead regional Team Leaders and geographically dispersed field consultant teams.
• Own day-to-day delivery of a national automotive field-services program and serve as the primary client liaison.
• Establish operating cadences, set priorities, remove barriers, and drive performance against program objectives.
• Translate analytics, dashboards, and reporting into clear field-level actions.
• Manage work plans, deliverables, risks, resources, financial reviews, and client commitments.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain field personnel while applying LEAN principles and quality processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in project or program management.
• Experience delivering complex, performance-driven programs and leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Expertise in US automotive dealership operations or automotive field services, with a basic understanding of automobile repair and technology.
• Professional analytics experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, Outlook, and Power Apps.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder-management, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional-level English communication is required; the role requires frequent travel and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
