Sr. Customer Operations Program Manager (Automotive)

Location: Remote within the United States; the posting lists Chicago/Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually, plus potential performance bonus and benefits.

Provides cloud-based SaaS solutions that help automotive dealerships and OEMs manage vehicle sales, financing, insurance, repair, maintenance, and related business operations.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and support strategic programs and projects from initiation through completion.
• Define goals, deliverables, timelines, governance, schedules, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Manage resources, workloads, costs, efficiencies, and program return on investment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies while making data-driven decisions.
• Standardize program management practices and lead performance reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Program Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of program or project management experience with a record of successful project delivery.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• PMP or another relevant certification.
• Master’s degree.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
