What you will do

• Develop and implement global category strategies for CAPEX and facility management.
• Conduct complex global CAPEX and facility management tenders in cooperation with Engineering and other departments.
• Manage supplier relationships, including contracts, evaluations, benchmarking, and escalations.
• Support savings targets and investment projects through TCO analyses, make-or-buy decisions, and investment analyses.
• Handle operational purchasing activities, including invoice and goods receipt bookings and supplier scheduling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 5–10 years of experience in strategic sourcing.
• Experience in CAPEX, construction, or facility management environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP MM in S/4HANA and Business Intelligence is advantageous.
• Fluent English and German are required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, solution-oriented thinking, customer centricity, and willingness to travel at least 30%.
