What you will do

• Translate commercial strategies into product supply strategies.
• Manage supply chain operations to ensure products reach stores in the right quantities, at the right time, and with the required quality.
• Support new product launches and improve efficiency across complex supply chains.
• Develop strategies that reduce the environmental footprint of the supply chain.
• Collaborate with diverse, multifunctional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Make data-informed operational decisions and solve complex supply chain problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, completed before starting, with strong academic results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership drive, and passion for supply chain management.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative.
• Strong decision-making skills using available data and professional judgment.
• Proficient written and spoken German and English.
• Short work experience, internships, or studies abroad are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Digital literacy and strong Office skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, KNIME, or SAP.
