Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; the role serves as the Talent Acquisition lead for the Lisbon hub.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned global business and functional teams, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce plans and develop focused recruiting strategies.
• Serve as the Talent Acquisition contact for the Lisbon hub and advise hiring teams on market dynamics, candidate availability, and hiring trade-offs.
• Mentor, support, and lead recruiters across the supported business area and location.
• Review aging requisitions, drive action plans, and improve global Talent Acquisition processes and ways of working.
• Analyze recruiting data and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations, Branding, Sourcing, HR, Immigration, Compensation, Mobility, and HR Operations teams.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting recruiters or junior team members.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience improving recruiting processes and driving change through practical execution.
• Strong credibility with senior leaders and the ability to influence hiring strategy.
• Comfort using recruiting data, systems, and digital tools, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
