Senior Recruiter (AI)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid workplace with office-first work and the possibility to work remotely for 52 days per year. Relocation assistance to Lisbon is provided for employees and their families.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles, including engineering, product, marketing, and sales.
• Source and engage passive candidates, map talent markets, and build pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Run sourcing, outreach, assessment, and AI-driven workflow experiments; measure results and scale effective approaches.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, align hiring standards, and provide market insights.
• Negotiate and close offers with highly competitive candidates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong direct-sourcing experience with demonstrated hires from personal outreach.
• Practical use or development of AI tools, with concrete examples of improved speed or quality.
• Experience changing hiring processes, running experiments, and evaluating their results.
• Solid understanding of technology stacks and experience working with demanding stakeholders, including first-time hiring managers.
• Fluent English required.
