TL;DR
Technical Talent Partner (AI): Building exceptional Engineering, Data, and Security teams through end-to-end technical recruiting with an accent on proactive sourcing, talent mapping, data-driven hiring, and AI-enabled recruiting. Focus on solving difficult searches in competitive markets, advising hiring managers, and improving sourcing, assessment, and hiring processes.
Location: Hybrid in London or remote from the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Romania, or Poland. Remote working is available from Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Bucharest, or Krakow.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data, and Security, from search kickoff through assessment, offer, and close.
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define hiring needs and build effective hiring strategies.
- Source technical talent through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and creative search strategies.
- Use data and market insight to identify hiring challenges and adjust search approaches.
- Apply AI to sourcing, screening, research, market mapping, and reporting.
- Improve recruiting processes, tooling, and ways of working.
Requirements
- Significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-moving technology or product organizations.
- Deep recruiting experience across Software Engineering, Data, AI, and/or Security.
- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills, including the ability to reach candidates beyond obvious talent pools.
- Experience operating with ownership in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Strong practical use of AI in recruiting and the ability to demonstrate its impact.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and financial technology, with the ability to discuss the crypto ecosystem credibly.
