Recruiter (AI/Fintech)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Poland, or Portugal

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to design and execute strategic technology hiring plans.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using market intelligence and industry developments.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, remove blockers, and deliver high-value hires.
• Use AI tools for sourcing, screening, market mapping, and reporting.
• Champion company culture and assess candidate alignment with the mission and values.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve global recruiting infrastructure.

Requirements

• Recruitment experience in a reputable, fast-growing technology or product business with high hiring standards.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals, combined with creative and inquisitive sourcing methods.
• Experience using AI in daily recruiting work and the ability to demonstrate its impact on output.
• Strong product sense, stakeholder influence, bias for action, and confidence in challenging assumptions.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and a fully asynchronous, remote-native environment.
• Interest in financial technology and cryptocurrency.
