What you will do

• Design, build, own, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, Power Query solutions, and automated reporting using ERP and operational data.
• Identify fragmented finance and operations processes and develop standardized, scalable solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
• Support analytical and systems projects from problem definition through implementation, gathering requirements from stakeholders across sites and functions.
• Build reporting and analytics for manufacturing spend, inventory, costing, variances, profitability, and other operational finance metrics.
• Analyze trends, cost drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Partner with ERP Business Analysts, Procurement, Operations, and site teams to improve data integrity, inventory optimization, working capital, and reporting consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, operations finance, manufacturing finance, or a related analytical role.
• Experience analyzing financial and operational results, identifying trends and variances, and developing actionable insights.
• Experience building Power BI and Power Query reports and analytics from ERP or other business data.
• Experience leading projects or process improvements and working cross-functionally to implement solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and translate between financial, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing operations, standard costing, and inventory data.
• Experience creating documentation, tools, and training that improve ERP data use and data integrity.
