Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Plant Finance

Location: Billerica, MA; onsite at least 3 days a week

Salary: $85,500–$114,000 per year, with actual pay dependent on overall skills.

What you will do

• Analyze financial results and manufacturing variances, providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Support monthly and annual forecasting, budgeting, and alignment of plant plans with operational, divisional, and corporate goals.
• Complete month-end close activities, consolidate divisional results, and support accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Provide financial decision support and data-driven insights to manufacturing sites and operations leadership.
• Support the preparation, execution, and analysis of capital expenditures.
• Provide financial education and guidance to non-finance employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment, GAAP, and internal controls.
• Proficient SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; Business Objects and SAP BPC are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business partnership skills.
