Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support month-end closing, journal entries, allocations, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare periodic forecasts, annual budgets, monthly cost-center reporting, productivity reports, and factory scorecards.
• Lead and support inventory management by analyzing balances, movements, risks, and performance opportunities.
• Track CAPEX projects from purchase order creation through invoice reconciliation and capitalization.
• Compile monthly CAPEX spending reports and provide visibility into project status and financial performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements using digitalization, automation, and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, financial statement analysis, or financial modeling.
• Experience in a manufacturing or business-unit environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system, with experience in financial reporting, accounting, inventory management, or CAPEX controlling.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, KNIME, UiPath, or other automation and visualization tools.
