Sr. Controller (Manufacturing Finance)

What you will do

• Serve as the senior finance leader and strategic business partner for the manufacturing site.
• Own plant P&L performance, profitability, margins, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Lead manufacturing finance and cost controlling, including standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, productivity measurement, and cost reduction.
• Build financial and operational dashboards, analytics, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and leadership on pricing, profitability, capital investments, make-versus-buy decisions, and growth strategies.
• Drive finance transformation through automation, Power BI, AI-enabled reporting, predictive analytics, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive Finance, Accounting, or Controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, full absorption costing, planning, forecasting, and plant profitability management.
• Strong ERP experience; SAP experience is preferred, along with proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Experience influencing business decisions through financial analysis, business partnership, operational collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, continuous improvement leadership, learning agility, and demonstrated leadership potential are required.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Experience leading strategic projects or business initiatives without direct people-management responsibility.
