Business Analyst - Auto

Location: Hybrid in West Valley City, Utah; must currently reside in Utah

What you will do

• Lead projects and reporting that support business growth, profitability, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Gather, analyze, and organize large volumes of data to identify trends, opportunities, gaps, and potential risks.
• Define key performance metrics with operational leaders and prepare monthly reports on ongoing operations.
• Validate and test processes used to identify and measure business risks and compliance gaps.
• Create and maintain reporting platforms and test-versus-control strategies to track analytical recommendations.
• Present remediation recommendations, obtain management approval, and support implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in analytics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics.
• 2+ years of analytical experience in an automotive or financial sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and data modeling.
• Must currently reside in Utah and work in the West Valley City hybrid arrangement.
