Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Data (AI)

What you will do

• Define the long-term strategy, vision, roadmap, and release priorities for a portfolio of enterprise data products.
• Develop data products supporting analytics, operational decision-making, governance, and AI-enabled experiences across corporate functions.
• Translate customer, user, and stakeholder needs into product hypotheses, investments, measurable outcomes, and KPIs.
• Prioritize work and manage tradeoffs across business and technology stakeholders within capacity constraints.
• Partner with business leaders, data engineers, architects, Product Owners, and delivery teams to align execution with business goals.
• Coach Product Owners and product teams on product management, discovery, and Agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Experience with enterprise data products, analytics, reporting, governance, or data platform initiatives in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, measurable business outcomes, and investment priorities for enterprise products or platforms.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, data engineers, architects, and technical delivery teams.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, user research, technology management, and process design.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Azure, or similar modern data platforms.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, data quality, data lineage, or master data management.
• Product Management certification.
• Financial services experience in regulatory, compliance, operational, or risk-related domains.
• Experience managing budgets, business cases, return on investment, and product strategy across multiple products.
