Sr. Product Analyst (Fintech)

Salary: $80,752–$134,518 annual base salary

What you will do

• Translate product strategy and business objectives into actionable requirements, features, and user stories.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs with Product Managers to maximize business value.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Scrum Teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support data transformation and technology modernization initiatives within the Trading organization.
• Define acceptance criteria, validate completed user stories, and participate in Agile ceremonies, product demonstrations, and reviews.
• Coordinate product dependencies and produce portfolio, executive dashboard, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, program management, or project management within financial services, fintech, or a related industry.
• 2+ years of experience in Capital Markets or Trading.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience managing product backlogs, translating business requirements into user stories, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to work in the Fort Mill/Charlotte location.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of Jira.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Professional Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
