What you will do
- Design, implement, maintain, and improve statistical and AI/ML models for product safety analytics.
- Build product similarity, predictive, anomaly detection, classification, regression, and pattern-recognition models.
- Apply semantic coding and analysis to structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns and thematic insights.
- Evaluate model accuracy, reliability, and fairness using precision, recall, F1-score, AUC, testing, validation, and tuning.
- Translate complex findings into actionable insights through explainable analytics, data storytelling, and visualization.
- Optimize data science workflows for scalability and performance in Azure using modern development tools and CI/CD practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; a master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience developing statistical and AI/ML models using modern tools and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience building predictive models, including regression, classification, and NLP applications.
- 3+ years of hands-on Python experience with tools such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure, plus 2+ years of SQL experience.
- Experience with Power BI or equivalent visualization tools, semantic analysis, Git-based version control, Agile teams, and technical/business collaboration.
