Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do
- Analyze large, complex, structured, and unstructured datasets using AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to support business decision-making.
- Develop solutions using deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and large language models.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to create scalable data products, automation solutions, and data pipelines.
- Present analytical findings through visualizations, dashboards, and storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
- Lead data science initiatives from discovery through deployment and mentor other data scientists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or statistical modeling.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, R, or related technologies.
- Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts through clear, compelling storytelling.
- Work location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI, large language models, AI-powered analytics, or intelligent automation.
- Experience deploying machine learning models to production.
- Cloud experience with AWS and big data technologies such as Apache Spark.
- Experience mentoring colleagues or leading analytics projects.
- Professional certifications in Python, SQL, AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies.
