Location: 221 River St, Hoboken, New Jersey, United States; onsite home office location.

Annual salary: $108,000–$216,000 in Hoboken, New Jersey. A separate San Bruno, California range is listed at $117,000–$234,000. Additional performance bonuses and possible stock compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Source relevant data from multiple business domains and databases.
• Assess data quality and suitability for modeling and analysis.
• Develop, test, and validate statistical, machine learning, predictive, and optimization models.
• Deploy scalable analytical models into production while maintaining performance and sustainability.
• Create data visualizations and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, predictive modeling, and exploratory data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python programming and strong knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with data visualization, data quality assessment, and sourcing business data.
• Experience deploying and scaling analytical models in production environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven recommendations and apply AI and large language modeling techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of analytics experience, master’s degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of analytics or related experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spark, Scala, R, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Torch.
• Knowledge of accessibility practices, WCAG 2.2 AA, and assistive technologies.
• Master’s degree in machine learning, computer science, information technology, operations research, statistics, applied mathematics, or econometrics.
