What you will do

  • Gather truck booking information from Products and Services teams.
  • Plan daily and weekly trucking schedules and confirm bookings with service providers.
  • Coordinate cargo consolidation and act as the main communication channel between internal teams and trucking providers.
  • Monitor truck information, quotations, schedule updates, and data validation.
  • Calculate trucking cost allocation for each product and prepare invoice summary reports for Accounting.

Requirements

  • University degree and at least 2 years of experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of transport operations and strong planning skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; service-minded, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
