Agent - Ocean Import

What you will do

• Communicate with overseas offices to ensure import documents reach their destination on time.
• Maintain accurate shipment data and prepare arrival notices for consignees.
• Notify consignees about cargo ETA and free-time storage expiration.
• Coordinate container-yard cargo deliveries with co-loaders and carriers.
• Check credit accounts, audit delivery orders, and release them to consignees.
• Take on additional assignments as required by business needs.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in the forwarding or carrier industry.
• Solid knowledge of import operations and documentation.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
