Field Service Technician II (Medical Devices)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; field service work in hospital and service settings with customer account visits

Estimated base salary: $48,000–$66,000 per year

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on assigned medical devices.
• Diagnose malfunctioning components and use appropriate tools to complete adjustments and repairs.
• Provide on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays, with availability for customer account visits.
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1,680 pounds.
• Complete service-contract activities and generate service revenue.
• Safely operate company vehicles ranging from cargo vans to 26,000-pound trucks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.
• Previous technical or mechanical repair experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
