Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer

What you will do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to clarify requisitions, candidate profiles, sourcing priorities, and service expectations.
• Manage sourcing and initial screening for approximately 10 or more concurrent requisitions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, internal databases, social media, web research, referrals, and talent communities.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate active and passive candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Conduct structured initial screens, assess candidate qualifications and motivations, and provide clear screening notes to recruiters.
• Maintain pipeline data, candidate activity, dispositions, and notes in Workday and other approved recruiting tools.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing and screening candidates in a corporate, agency, or recruitment process outsourcing environment.
• Experience engaging passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social platforms, web research, and creative sourcing methods.
• Ability to manage 10 or more concurrent requisitions, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines and service expectations.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, partnership, and candidate-screening skills.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools, with strong attention to data accuracy and process compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
