Senior Technical Sourcer (Aerospace)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; on-site. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, conditional residents, asylees, refugees, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

What you will do

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles across systems engineering, RF/communications, avionics, software, manufacturing, and aerospace.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Create talent maps covering competitors, niche skill sets, and emerging talent pools.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
• Engage passive candidates, conduct initial screenings, and build strong candidate relationships.
• Track pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, channel performance, talent availability, and compensation trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, ideally in aerospace, defense, or engineering-driven industries.
• Experience sourcing niche, hard-to-fill technical roles and knowledge of aerospace and defense positions.
• Familiarity with U.S. security clearances and related hiring considerations.
• Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar platforms, plus ATS and CRM systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
